The 3-D Manufacturing shops and office are located on Highway 97, between Highway 44 and Highway 412. This location is central for large and small equipment transportation. This location proves beneficial for our customers with access to major highways and proximity to Tulsa International Airport.
3-D Manufacturing facility consists of two fabrication shops located on the same property. The main bay is approximately 20,000 square feet, with overhead cranes, maximum lifting capacity in this shop is 60,0000 lbs. Heavier equipment is loaded out using mobile cranes and Hilman rollers. To date the heaviest pressure vessel we have loaded is approximately 120,000 pounds.
The small bay is approximately 1,800 square feet, with overhead lifting capacity of one ton. This bay is used for Header fabrication and Pipe spools. The Office Facility is located at the top of the hill on the north of the Fab Shops.

Pressure Vessel fabrication capabilities include ASME Section I and ASME Section VIII. Capacity can range from 18-inch diameter to 14-foot diameter and thickness from 5/16″ thick up to 3″ thick. Welding includes Round and Long Seams, Nozzle Insertions, Tube Welding, Pipe Welding and Structural Welding. AWS Structural Steel Fabrication ranges from Processing Skid Fabrication, Large Ash Hoppers and Duct work. ASME Section I Economizers and ASME Section VIII Alloy Steel Economizers.
3-D is a leader in Pressure Vessel Manufacturing, ASME Section I Fire tube Boilers and ASME Section I Water Tube Boilers, Economizers and ASME Section I B31.1 , B31.3 Piping.
3-D is a fabrication facility focused on fabricating boiler product from raw material. We take pride in our knowledge and experience in the production of Economizers, Pressure Vessels and Compelted Boiler Systems.
